Shared Note: - Included in the family book is Amelia Davies, your wife’s great great grandmother and her husband Charles Stewart. Amelia was born in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. Her father, Nathan Davies, had arrived on Prince Edward Island around 1809. He established a successful business as a merchant, later diversifying into ship-building. Nathan was the son of Benjamin Davies, a very religious man, who was deacon of his local Baptist Chapel back in Pembrokeshire. I am descended from Benjamin’s younger brother, Joseph Davies.
